ok i looked with some intrest and yes very interesting.... im sure he could have put 6 engines it tho.... Miss America X was 12 metres long, and was powered by four supercharged Packard aeroplane engines. On September 20, 1932, Wood drove his new monster-boat to 124.860 mph (200.943 km/h). It would prove to be the end of an era. st clair river

"Tempest"

was a 16 foot round nose rear seat hydro, the forerunner of "Torkan"

henrys fastest

Reckon Advance United a GP at 170 mph. Kent Hitchcock blew it over on an attempt to lift this mark. Being pedantic as a boat built from a frame kit by the Knights might have been faster!!
